JavaScript and Flash
This website uses JavaScript, however, most of the content can still accessed without JavaScript. All text and image content will be displayed on a single page with menu links at the top of the page and at the bottom of the page. Clicking any link on these menus will jump to the relevent content on the page.
Audio and video content cannot be accessed unless JavaScript is enabled and Flash 7 or better is installed.
To download an up-to-date Flash player go to the Adobe's Flash download page. The Flash player will be installed automatically. For information about how to enable JavaScript, please select your browser from the following options:
Firefox
- Keyboard shortcut ALT T O N ENTER
- Or using a mouse: from the main menu select Tools then Options.
- Select Content tab from the top row of options.
- Tick Enable JavaScript box.
- Note: You may wish to install the NoScript extension for Firefox to control which sites can run JavaScript.

Internet Explorer
- Using mouse or keyboard: from the main menu select Tools then Options.
- Change to the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.
- From the list of Zones at the top of the Security options select the Internet icon.
- Select the button near the bottom that reads Custom Level.
- In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the item that reads Active Scripting.
- Select the option marked Enable.

How To Increase Text Size
If you have difficulty viewing text you can increase the size of the text on your page , please select your browser from the following options for instructions:

Getting Around - Access tips on navigating this website
This website does not rely on the use of a mouse as an input device and is operable using a keyboard, switching device, joystick or gesture-recognition device. A logical TAB order is used to step forward through the page using TAB and to step back using Shift TAB through links and Flash audio and video control functions. The default TAB order has not been altered using the 'tabindex' attribute and a 'skip-link' is provided at the top of the page. When this 'skip-link' receives focus - highlighted - press Enter to skip past the page navigation to site content.

- Where appropriate links have been assigned 'title' attributes to describe the target in greater detail. Users of assistive technology may wish to set screen reader options to take advantage of this feature.
- Non decorative images used in this website include a descriptive ''alt'' attribute. Images that may require more detailed description include a 'long description' attribute and a D-Link. The D-Link is identified by an uppercase D and can be found adjacent to the image. Clicking this link provides additional descriptive inofrmation about the image.

This website is undergoing an accessibility audit. No WCAG 1.0 conformance is claimed at this time, with the following exception:

The baseline for this claim is XHTML 1.0 transitional and HTML 4.01 strict. The specifications that this content "rely upon" are: XHTML 1.0 transitional and HTML 4.01 strict. The specifications that this content "uses but does not rely on" are: CSS Level 2 Revision 1, CSS Level 3 Working Draft and GIF.
